Yoga Videos
You can make time for yourself daily. For $8/month, gain access to our hundreds of classes, movement guides, calendars and downloads. New classes added weekly, both on-demand and LIVE virtually.
Group Classes
Bethany offers group classes in Redondo Beach, CA, both outdoors and indoors, online and in-person. All folks are welcome and encouraged to join. Check our schedule to book a session.
Join Bethany in the loft at Beach Life Fitness Boutique for a “mini stretch.” This is the perfect opportunity to explore what a custom yoga and stretch session can do for your body and mind if you’re on a limited time or financial budget. You receive:
- Postural assessment
- Private yoga and stretching instruction
- Hands-on adjustments and soft-tissue manipulation (aka massage!)
- Every Third Thursday with spots from 2:30-5:30
If you’re seeking a slow-living community to adventure and connect with, you’ve found it! We welcome families with children ages 18m – 6y for a variety of programming including:
- Parent/Child Gardening Club (aka “Slow School”)

Bethany offers direct, functional instruction for the modern body. With education including extensive yoga training, mindfulness-based stress reduction, the neuroscience of meditation, and a classical education in communication and writing, Bethany brings all of herself to every session.
As the mother of two young kiddos, Bethany lives the talk of vibrant self-care, slow living, and a family life rooted in presence.
